Refund Policy

We strive for total project alignment and client satisfaction. Read about our milestone-based return terms.

1. Nature of Digital Services

At Nova Solutions, we create highly custom, labor-intensive products (such as software architecture design, custom React codebases, and digital branding books). Because these services involve dedicated developer hours and resource allocations from the onset of purchase, refunds are processed strictly in accordance with our project milestone guidelines below.

2. Milestone-Based Refunds

If a client decides to cancel a purchased project after checkout, refunds will be calculated based on the project phase reached by our execution team:

  • Before Onboarding: 100% refund (less transaction fees) if canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before the kickoff discovery meeting is held.
  • Design & Discovery Phase: Up to 70% refund of the total custom price if the project is canceled during wireframing and before frontend code coding commences.
  • Development & Testing Phase: Up to 30% refund of the package price if the project is canceled midway through active feature implementation.
  • Post-Deployment & Handover: 0% refund once the final codebase is built, verified, and delivered to the client's repository or cloud host.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain fees are immediately distributed to secure deployment portals and are non-refundable under any circumstance. These include domain registration fees, cloud hosting setup fees (AWS/GCP), secure third-party API keys (e.g. Map APIs, SMS gateways, payment portal setup), and custom fonts or vector assets bought specifically for your project.

4. Support & Code Errors

If there are any software bugs or structural errors discovered in the codebase within your package’s active support window, Nova Solutions will patch them free of charge. Disagreements regarding personal design aesthetic choices after design manual sign-offs do not constitute a valid basis for refund claims.

5. Refund Request & Payouts

To open a cancellation or refund inquiry, send a formal request detailing your purchase reference number to our billing department at billing@novasolutions.com. Approved refund disbursements will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Notice: Transaction fees, card processing portal fees, and currency conversion fees charged by banks or Stripe are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
